Our custom print programme is ideal for corporate gifts and business customers who would like to promote their brand. We only use the premium products that we stock for the customisation and we can print on various materials including; glass, silicone and plastic. As a company we promote the need to move away from single use products and ensure we live in a sustainable manner. What products can I have?
We are able to print on glass, plastic, wood and ceramics. The shape of the product can determine the size of the logo that can be applied and in certain circumstances print isn't viable. It is possible to print on curved surfaces such as bottles and cups.
How do you print?
We use silk screen printing rather than pad printing as it allows a greater area for the print and we can achieve deeper colours. Silk screen printing is ideal for one to three colour logos however the intricacy of your design will determine the number of colours that can be used. For very complex logos and designs we generally recommend a one colour print.
What colours can I have?
We offer a large range of colours and if you have a specific pantone colour we are happy to work with this. There is no additional ink charge for black or white single colour prints however we do charge for any other specific colours as this ink has to be purchased for your sample. Once the ink has been purchased for the sample you do not need to pay again and the ink can generally be held for twelve months should you require another print run.
Is the print dishwasher safe?
Yes, the print will be dishwasher safe however we do recommend the top rack of the dishwasher
How big can my logo or design be?
The maximum print size is 120mm wide x 100mm high however this does vary from product to product. We will be able to guide you on this once we know the product of interest.
How do I send my design?
We can use designs and logos as eps and pdf files. Please note we cannot use j-pegs. Once you have registered your interest through our Become a Stockist form we will provide you with an email address to send the design or logo.
How do I get a sample?
Once we have received your artwork and you have provided the code for the product that you would like we will send you a mock-up of the logo or design position on the product. If you are happy with this we will move to sampling and you can expect to receive that within 5 working days. There is a charge for sampling and we will confirm this once we have received the requirements.
How long does bulk print take?
In general it will take up to 7 working days for the print and then you will need to allow 3 working days for delivery.
How much does it cost?
In general it is around £0.60 per unit to print and there is a charge for sampling and set-up. There may also be a charge for ink if you require specific colours. Once you have provided your full requirements and artwork we will provide a final, all-inclusive price within 2 working days. If you require more goods only the set-up fee and print fee is payable, you do not have any other charges.
What if I need to order again?
If you require more stock you can check our website for availability and if the goods are in stock we will ship the finished products within 7 working days.

We are the UK exclusive distributors for all the products that we stock. We only work with brands that provide full transparency on testing and follow ethical standards. All our products meet European and global standards for food safety.
